When we came we were impressed, because the room was neat. Bathroom was really clean. Housekeepers were coming every day to change towels as it suppose to be.
The noise in the street were bothering. Especially early in the morning.

This hotel was a great find! It is located in a convenient area, right next to a subway station and only a short distance from JFK airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the nearby Chinese and Halal food options.
The hotel could use some improvement in terms of their breakfast options.

Location- right next to the L line to get to Manhatten. Free continental breakfast- coffee, donuts and bagels Price- cheapest I found that accessible to manhatten Room- had fridge, comfortable beds, ice machine Excellent chinese restaurant across the street
Ok- the rooms were not new, some burnt marks on the comforter and floors from people smoking, but the sheets were clean. Limited channels on the TV but they had HBO The room is on a main street, so it was noisy but we had no trouble sleeping. Considering the price and what you would pay for a place in manhatten, it is a good deal .I have traveled the world and you get half the room for twice the price in europe. This is a decent place for what you pay.

We booked this hotel last minute over spring break because we were unable to find a hotel in Manhattan. The price was right and it is footsteps from the subway. The L Line will take you into the city in about 20 minutes which worked out great for us. The rooms were also large and spacious, especially for NY.
The hotel wasn't all that nice and the bed was uncomfortable. There were also cigarette burns in the comforter. But it worked out fine for one night.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the entrance of the subway station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could improve on their room service, as it was only provided upon request.

The bathroom looked better than everything else.
Unfriendly stuff at the time of check in. A lot of long black hairs on the bad (around 100). Colour of the pillows was yellow and looked like it was not changed for months. My wife was just shocked. Poor breakfast. In fact it was just a donut with coffee, which you can receive at the reception. Only 10 working TV channels, old TV set.

Economical compared to other Brooklyn hotels. Convenient to transportation and my reason to be in Brooklyn. An elevator malfunction was fixed overnight even though it was a Saturday.
Breakfast offerings were terrible and meager. Fortunately there are food service establishments across the street and around the corner that offerred good food and good value.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, just across the street from the L train stop, and the staff treated me well.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
